Our Blackberry Jam is a popular favourite, evoking childhood memories of family jaunts out to the bush to pick blackberries. It tastes "just like mum's (grandma's)" and has a full berry flavour. It falls in the middle of the spectrum, in terms of sweetness. It is a versatile jam that holds its form in baking, or spreads smoothly on your toast for breakfast. Set is usually fairly firm.
