Freshly Berried have been growing berries since 1999.  We are a small family-run farm and the two of us do all the growing, picking, processing, marketing and selling of our products.

Our philosophy is simple: We want to share as natural a product with you as we can - so we DO NOT use pesticides or fungicides on our berries or in our growing system.*

Sustainability

We choose to utilise eco-friendly packaging, whenever practicable, and purchase from environmentally ethical businesses such as BioPak and Greenmark. BioPak sells certified carbon neutral products, successfully offsetting all their carbon emissions associated with the production, transport and disposal of their products.  Their materials are sustainably sourced, using plant-based annually renewable resources or sustainably-managed plantations.

Our packaging can be eaten (ice cream cones); composted (cups, buckets, cutlery); or recycled (jars, bottles, carry bags).

Quality

We aim to provide you with food that is simple but delicious.  Our food is home-made, and although humble in presentation, the taste ensures our customers return to us to repeat their positive food experience.

Vertical Integration

We wanted to be able to extend our primary production to share our produce direct with our customers. We take  pride in the fact that we have not only home-made (hand-crafted) our food products, but we also grow the majority of the fruit used and hand-pick the produce ourselves.  There is a deep level of personal connection to what we sell.
