Strawberry & Fig Jam

A truly individual blend of flavours that complement each other perfectly.  The fig flavour is subtle but discernible.  This jam invokes memories for me of my mother's home-made fig jam - which I adored! - but the strawberry gives it a unique counterpoint.  Strawberry & Fig Jam has a soft to medium set.
